Cancellation Policy
We do not generally charge a cancellation fee as we are happy to re book any journeys you may not be able to take, but reserve the right to apply a ‘late cancellation fee’ of 50% of the fare, if a job is booked, but then cancelled within 24 hours of the pickup time. If you have already paid for the journey by credit card or Pay Pal, then we undertake to refund you within 24 hours if a journey is cancelled.
Customer Service
Our office is manned from 6am until 10pm every day, when you can speak to someone, but outside these hours, we can still be contacted on 07442 497 601, for clients to leave voice messages, booking requests or cancellation requests. We will return your call asap.

Privacy Policy
We value our customers privacy and DO NOT store any financial details (credit or debit card numbers). We DO store customer names, addresses and telephone numbers on our database, but purely for our own use.
None of these details are in anyway passed outside the company and certainly not to 3rd parties.
